We believe in quality of our garments. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason with your purchase, please return the merchandise for a store credit.




Return merchandise must be unworn, unused, unaltered and with hangtags and labels attached. Used or altered merchandise will not be accepted for return and may be shipped back to the customer.




Returns must be received within 45 days of the purchase date. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your return and to complete the store credit process. You will receive an email confirmation within 3 business days once the return has been received in our warehouse. An additional email confirmation will be sent once your refund has been processed and completed.




Regular priced items (prices that do not end with $.99 or $.49) and "Sale Rack" category items (prices that end with $.99) will be processed for a store credit if received within 45 days of the purchase date. Any discounts applied to your original order will be deducted from your store credit amount. Shipping fees are non-refundable. 




Products purchased from the "LAST CHANCE" category (price ending with $.49) are final sale and will not be accepted for return. Any returned items from the Final Cut category will be issued a store credit for 50% of the most current sale price.




Products purchased from the "Special" category (price ending with $.50) may be returned for a store credit only.




Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange your item, please return the original merchandise and place a new order. You will receive a refund for the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed. Note: shipping charges will apply on the new order.





1. On the accompanying Easy Returns Form, please select the items you would like to return.


2. Specify the reason for the return with the return codes provided. This information is optional and will only be used to serve you better in the future. It will not affect the return processing.


3. Place your item(s) and the completed Easy Returns Form in a secure package.


4. If you are a US-based customer, attach the provided pre-paid FedEx shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing. Write down the tracking number on the label for future reference. A fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund for the return shipping costs.

We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend you insure and track your return. The shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL provide the tracking info as part of the service, while USPS offers delivery confirmation for a small additional fee.


6. Once we receive the returned package, we will notify you via email on record of the refund in the form of store credit.

A note for international returns: Please note that when shipping items back for return customs, taxes and or duties may be accrued on the package. We recommend working with the shipping carrier to prepay these charges to make sure your package is accepted back by us once we receive it. Please note we will be unable to pay these charges and your package will be refused by our returns department.
